There are many healthy and baby friendly foods for babies but here is a list of some best foods which are recommended by doctors and nutritionists. These superfoods are full of nutrients such as vitamin and proteins.

Yogurt
Creamy yogurt is rich in calcium and vitamin D which is highly necessary for healthy bones and teeth. Your baby can have it at the age of 4 to 6 months, long before giving them cow’s milk. Try to give yogurt without sugar and always buy whole milk yogurt as babies need calories from fat too.
